Randy Alonso

Randy Alonso has operated on Flagler Street for over two decades, first managing La Época, his family’s three-generation department store founded in Havana in 1885 and reestablished in Miami in 1965. A graduate in Civil & Architectural Engineering from Duke University, he brings a design-driven approach to hospitality, with a focus on historic preservation and placemaking in the downtown core.

In 2015, Randy launched Lost Boy Dry Goods at 157 E Flagler Street, first as a retail concept, later pivoting to hospitality with partner Chris Hudnall. Together they created Lost Boy & Co., a Miami-based hospitality group operating four concepts: Lost Boy Dry Goods (Downtown Miami), Tropezón (Miami Beach), Fox’s Lounge (South Miami), and Brother’s Keeper (Miami Beach).

Randy serves as a director on the Board of the Downtown Miami Flagler District Business Improvement District. He leads corporate strategy, concept development, capital projects, interior design, and financial oversight.
