Lost Boy & Co. is a Miami-based hospitality group that owns and operates four bars and restaurants across South Florida. Each rooted in its own history and aesthetic, united by a common purpose: storytelling through food, beverage, and design.

Our approach is candid, authentic, and thoughtful.
We eat and drink with our eyes.
The devil is always in the details.
And every new guest is a regular we haven’t yet met.

Lost Boy & Co. offers consulting partnerships to hospitality operators and developers ready to build something worth keeping. From concept development and design through menu development, brand identity, operational systems and execution, we bring the full range of what it takes to open and run an F&B operation in today’s market. History

In 2017, Randy Alonso and Chris Hudnall, friends long before they were business partners, restructured Lost Boy Dry Goods from an existing retail concept into a bar; a vision to create a home for the community to gather and enjoy good, old fashioned basics of hospitality. Doors opened June 14, 2018. Lost Boy quickly became the neighborhood bar Downtown Miami was missing.

Seeing opportunity to expand across South Florida, Tropezón opened on Miami Beach in 2021, a gin and tapas restaurant inspired by the Spanish village saloons where old men play afternoon cards and women sip Sherry. Fox's Lounge followed in South Miami in 2022, a resurrection of the original Fox's Sherron Inn, opened in 1946 by Hank and Betty Fox and proudly the darkest bar in Miami. Brother's Keeper arrived on Miami Beach in 2024, a cocktail bar living on the edge between two worlds, inspired by New York City and its connection to Miami in the 1980s.

The next chapter is focused on expanding our community.
